The following conditions apply to OBL bookings:

• Meal plans are non-commissionable;
• Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice;
• The Resort only accepts credit card payments on the Island (no cash ever accepted);
• There are no refunds on confirmed bookings, but credits will be provided for future stays;
• All reservations must include the purchase of meals, even if meals are unused;
• There is a $10.50 transfer fee collected by the Resort on behalf of Joe’s Water Taxis in respect of transfers from the boat/plane to the Resort and a $10.50 transfer fee back again, which is in addition to the above rates, and is non commissionable;
• All guests will be required to complete a Guest Registration form which includes Terms and Conditions identical to those below.

ACCOMODATION DETAILS

Deluxe Private Bure includes:

• Double bed with inner spring mattress;
• Self- contained bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and solar hot water system;
• Wardrobe and drawer storage;
• Ceiling fan;
• Maximum occupancy is 3. Configuration is 1 x double bed and 1 x rollaway.

Dormitory includes:

• Single bed;
• Ceiling fans;
• Shower and Toilet facilities are shared.

Double Sided Family Bure includes:

• Double bed with inner spring mattress;
• Bunk beds x 2 = sleeps 4 people;
• Self- contained bathroom with shower, basin toilet and solar hot water system in each side;
• Wardrobes and drawer storage;
• Ceiling fans in each side;
• Maximum occupancy is 7, (with rollaway).

Camping:

• Shower and Toilet facilities are shared;
• Maximum number of people per tent is 2.

Please note all activities are sold at the Resort only. No pre bookings of activities can be undertaken.

CHILDREN

Families are very welcome at Oarsman’s Bay Lodge. Babysitting is available at a modest cost. Price on application. There is no formal children’s club and no children’s menu. Accommodation rates for children 6 to 13 years are charged at half the dormitory rate + 15.5% VAT. Meal rates are half adult rates. Children under 0-5 years are charged a quarter of adult meal rate and accommodation is FOC.

Yasawa Flyer

Yasawa Flyer Ferry is the only ferry which goes up to the Yasawas. Costs F$110.00 for Standard Cabin and F$135.00 VIP Captains Cabin per adult, Children aged 0-4 years old FOC, Children aged 5-15 years old half price, Children aged above 15 Years will be full adult fare, one way from Denarau Marina to Nacula.
